HP Chromebook 14 Laptop, Intel Celeron N4120, 4 GB RAM, 64 GB eMMC, 14" HD Display, Chrome OS, Thin Design, 4K Graphics, Long Battery Life, Ash Gray Keyboard (14a-na0226nr, 2022, Mineral Silver)

So far, so good. I've had several Chromebooks over the years, and this one seems just as good as the others. Chromebooks are great if you only use the Internet, use streaming platforms, check Gmail, and create documents in Google Drive. There are other uses, but the above are all that I use it for. Chromebooks are not for people who use Microsoft Products, create coding, or any other complicated technology. A Chromebook is a Google device, so if you find yourself mostly using Google, it's a nice, relatively affordable, somewhat disposable laptop.

For the price, this laptop gets a 5 star rating. Well, more like 4.5 but I couldn't give it that. It's a good sized laptop with a clear screen. It's pretty darn fast and it looks pretty sharp. Speakers are decent but not mind-blowing and for what it's worth, it has a camera, which is, again, passable, not mind-blowing. The keyboard on the one I got is more of a darker grey (it's advertised as ash grey, which I believe is a lighter color) but I actually like the darker keyboard better. Typing on the keyboard is pretty smooth too. It could use one or two more outlets on the sides though. You only get one USB Type-A port, one USB Type-C port and a headphone jack. Fine if you're more of a minimalist, but not ideal for multi-tasking work. Also, a little tip; When powering on, all you need to do is press the power button, NOT press and hold. I didn't realize that at first and thought initially that their was a problem. Just a piece of advice. Overall, it's a good laptop, at a fair price and should work well for the "Average Joe". I just got it, so the only question I have is, how long will it last? Hopefully it lasts me quite a while. But we'll see. I also got one of the recommended carrying cases for it, but that's another review for another time. Overall Rating: 4.5/5 stars.

Working well "right out of the box"!

Had to return this because it was incompatible with WORD, which is what I use for work. I didn’t realize that was a possibility, but the seller was easy to work with for the return and the credit was applied promptly

The media could not be loaded. Received computer in a timely manner, package wasn’t damage and computer looked in pristine condition. Turned it on and it started updating with no problems after I got on my WiFi.That’s where the greatness stopped! After updating I downloaded and app and opening it. It was the CANVA app. I’ve never had problems with this app on any other computer. But the second I tried opening it up on this computer. Everything went berserk, as if it was being fried see video that I am attaching.I uninstalled the Canva app and reinstalled it and it did it again. Uninstalled the Canva app again and everything was still glitchy looking so I returned. It didn’t even have the computer five minutes.

Boots up quick and browses quicker than my older HP Windows 10 PCS .Bought a external hard drive to compensate for the small internal drive it came with.
