We're struggling to set up the tent as there doesn't seem to be any holes to slide the poles into to erect the tent. Can anyone provide any help?

There are holes, but very small. If you look at it. The starting point is right in the middle. We were able to get it in.

Does it come with the dolls?

Yes it comes with 2 dolls. It's very cute.
