It's exactly as it should be as long as you reach the right temperature and put your apples in there they are clean from wax you good to go I love it and them apples were so good

Be sure to look up how to get the candy to the hard crack stage. We used a bowl of cold water because our thermometer arrived broken. They turned out great and took about an hour total with prep. We boiled the apples first so that the wax could be wiped off (otherwise the candy will fall right off). They were fairly easy you need some sugar and water but that’s about it. I will be buying this kit again. We made 6 apples and double coated them. You could certainly make more apples with this one kit

I've used the brand before and was easy to use. Can't find in the grocery stores any more where it was cheaper. I doubt if I will be ordering again.

We have lived in the NW for sometime now and have never found any place at street or county fairs that made them. My great grandson wanted so so I order this product to make my own. He helped and the came out perfect and tasted as good as we remember! Recommend this DYI kit

DO NOT follow the directions on the package. If you heat to the indicated temperature, it will burn.
