Q: Can this forge reach forge welding temperatures?

Depends on the material type. Steel forge weld temperature is approximately 1150 deg. They advertise this forge capable of sustained 2300 deg. I have not personally verified that statement, but have forge welded steel with this forge. Currently using it for blade smithing and it works well.

Q: Is this forge galvanized ? If painted, does the paint burn off when heated ?

It is definitely coated but not painted, not sure if its cold dipped galvanizing or some other metalic type of coating but no the outside doesn't even get that hot. I love mine, it puts all the heat from your expensive propane right on your work where you want it bot blowing a huge dragons breath out of the opening, I thought I was going to need fire bricks to hold heat in but it would have been completely unnecessary. If this unit is in your budget then absolutely buy one, you will be extremely glhappy with your purchase. Its ready to use with minimal setup and no refractory application is needed

Q: How big is the small, Medium, large forge?

forge is as big as you need it. 3 Burners are good, works well and is long enough to hold swords etc

Q: What are the inner dimensions?

3 inches x 6 1/4 inches x 28 inches with fire brick installed.
