Great computer, came with all the exact specs as stated including the touch screen & wireless keyboard/mouse. One BIG problem was they installed Windows on the 1TB 5400RPM and NOT the 128gb SSD. The SSD was totally empty and being used as a storage drive. An obvious error but I am tech savy and cloned the drive over the SSD and swapped them. I got this one from Amazon Warehouse which may be why that happened. Otherwise a super nice machine for the discounted price I paid (600).

The Ryzen 3 processor runs rings around the Pentium Gold or Silver processors you normally find in all in one PC's. The specs otherwise are the normal fare...8gig of DDR4 Ram and for this particular model a 256 M2 HD PCIe SSD though there is an available place for an additional traditional SSD. Unlike many all in ones I've seen from over makers this PC's memory isn't soldered on the motherboard. It comes with 8 gig and upgradable to 16 gig very easily. I upgraded the PC with a TEAMGROUP Elite DDR4 8GB Single 2666MHz PC4-21300 RAM also purchased from Amazon. Most all in ones are darn near impossible to upgrade but ASUS has made this one very easy. 4 screws located on the bottom edge of the PC (under the speaker panel on the front bottom). Take off those 4 screws lift the back off and everything is right there in front of you. The memory slots are located under an aluminum metal piece. The additional space for an additional SSD is located adjacent just to the right of the memory banks. The M2 drive is located out of the way in the lower right hand corner of the PC. One thing that really struck me was how good the sound was....not tinny like you find on most laptops and all in ones. The "monitor" is sharp and has a great picture. The supplied keyboard and mouse are wired and gold colored to match the PC...nothing special and my wife has already replaced them with wireless models. The WI-Fi picked right up without any issues and has been working flawlessly. There are 4 USB3 ports on the back...no USB C ports. HDMI out and in ports and a wired network adapter port. The camera is on the bottom which is different but seems to work alright. It seems to be stable and not very heavy or bulky. I'd definitely recommend.

Had this for over a month now and it has worked very well as our desktop replacement. Love the size of the screen and the tilt option works great to reduce glare from the overhead LED lights. Also liked the height adjustment as well. Only down-side is the included mouse and keyboard are not for regular business use. Basically just something to get you started. Buy a new mechanical keyboard and mouse of your liking and this thing is pretty much bullet proof. Our office manager also loves charging her phone on the base of the machine.
