Books are so amazing! The best age is between three and five. They are great on the go. The water pens are refillable and the books are reusable. The pages take about 5 to 10 minutes to dry and then you can reuse them again and again. It comes with three refillable pens, and three books!

My child loves these books and they are perfect in the car for traveling. Easy to put into the bag and take from one place to the next. Very fun for kids and easy to use.

Great for kids!
We used these on the airplane to entertain my 2 year old and they were a hit! The flight attendants filled the pens with water for us and he colored away. Reusable too which is a huge plus

Good in theory, but..
My little guy loves that this is reusable and I like its mess free, BUT the markers started leaking water the first day we got them. I was quite disappointed with that. They just started dripping water from the tips. I tried troubleshooting, made sure they were full, emptied after use, etc. But were unable to remedy the leaking. So we're unable to use unless we order separate water-filled markers for the book.

The coating seems to come off easily
So each page has a picture and a white coating over it. When water dampens the coating it reveals the picture. Unfortunately, the coating started to come off a bit after one use with the little water filled pens. I tried letting her "paint" with a soft, wet washcloth, and that did work a bit better at preserving the coating for future painting sessions. This was a gift for my toddler granddaughter. Oh and I really wouldn't recommend the pens for littles... the felt tip comes right out and can be a choking hazard. Soft paintbrushes in water or damp washcloth is what I'd recommend.

Works great!!! It's a very great way for your kids to be artistic without the mess. I use them to keep my son from writing on the walls
