This refurbished phone came looking brand new! No scratches or anything. Battery capacity was at 98%, which is great! It was super easy to get it activated and I had no problems with my service at all. The phone is truly unlocked and works with ANY carrier. Came with a fast, good-quality charger as well. It has only been a couple of days, but I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The phone arrived with 1 day shipping at no extra charge, that was really important to me since my old phone had just been stolen. It arrived in excellent condition, the screen is absolutely perfect. There are just a few very tiny scratches here and there, but you really have to look hard for them. It isn't new, but very close to looking like new. The battery capacity is 85% which is normal for a refurbished item. So far the performance is great, I had no problem setting the phone up with my mobile provider. I was almost put off by the 1 star reviews saying their phone wasn't unlocked or other problems, but I'm really glad I went ahead and bought this phone. It was a great price, overnight delivery, looks practically new, and especially important I had no problems setting it up so I can have a phone again! I can't say in a year if things will be working this well, but I expect they will be. I keep my phone in a good case and I'm not rough with it. I just hope I don't get robbed again, it's tough out there at night especially for women.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY ON THIS!! It only worked for a few months before it magically stopped working right after the 3 month return policy ended. Now I lost my money and nobody is doing anything to help. Right before I purchased this, I saw a few bad reviews but I thought it probably wouldn't happen to me, until it did. You will literally throw your money straight into the trash because now I just have to purchase a new iPhone from apple. I have been purchasing on amazon for years and I have never had such a bad experience with a product in my life. I even contacted amazon and they were 0 help. These phones were broken and fixed, and while they may look good on the outside, the inside is filled with fake parts that are not from apple and are bad quality. When I went into settings, it would tell me that my camera and some other parts needed repair because they were not authentic. Even before this phone completely stopped working it was glitchy and the battery life was horrible. Even though you think you are saving money by purchasing this, it will cost you more in the long run. I even bought another phone from this seller before the first one stopped working and now I'm praying that the same doesn't happen. Save your money and spend it on something that actually works. If I could rate this 0 stars, I would.

I am very satisfied with that purchase. No scratches, no defects. It was perfectly fine. It arrives without a charger so keep that in mind. Other than that, I would highly recommend this seller if you are looking for a new iPhone.

The product arrives quick and the color is beautiful even there is very mild scratches on the edge. But it is within my expectation.
