Q: What are the zipper hardwares on each of the bags? i am considering the burgundy or black bags. silver? brass? black metal?

I own this bag in gray color and also in teal color and both of my bags have silver zippers. These are my favorite handbags I have ever purchased!

I use Stone Mountain Leather Cleaner over all my new purses before I use them the first time. Your handles and straps won’t get dirty(black) over time. It adds a protective coat to seal out water spots and dirt.

It’s not a very wide strap. But it’s not to thin either, I have no trouble with it, don’t know how much thAt helps,

Q: I love the comments, the outside piece looks odd.. Do you enjoy the pocket or is it awkward?

I thought it looked odd at first too as though it stuck out from the main compartment, it really doesn't. I don't even notice it, both pockets will fit my phone but I use the upper, it just feels like all one bag. I really like this one, I will be getting it another color.
