does it clean beneath bridges

Not having a bridge I can't honestly answer your question but I can attest that it does a terrific job of cleaning between my teeth & my dental checkups have improved since I started using the Hydrofloss.

Is this as noisy as water pik?

Yes. The way they make the pump is very noisy. I guess using an impeller doesn’t produce enough pressure, so they have to go old school.

the tips keep popping out when using. Is there a specific way to insert the tips so this won't happen?

This is our second one. We have never had a problem with the tip staying in. Make sure you feel it Clicks when pushing it in. It has to catch on the grove, You need to push pretty firm as it's tight! Hope this helps!
