Dies knee rest have suction cups to keep me from sliding since I am short?

The lumbar support cushion (which isn't very great in my opinion) can slide to any position and has one suction cup in the center to secure. It still moves around a bunch though since it's a rather stretchy material. I returned mine as it wasn't comfy enough to justify the hassle of using it... It could work for you though!

Will this work in a standard size tub (not soaking tub or jacuzzi) for a small person?

Yes. Its not that large. Was actually not large enough for my overtized tub. More for a regular size tub.

Does this have a lumbar pillow ?
