Sound advice and program for kicking up the ol' metabolism
This old lady has been working out in some way or other for more years that I care to count. Always looking for a new approach to keep alert and motivated. The author is interesting, his program effective, and is in line with a lot of recent exercise literature. Tracking heart rate is very useful if your workout is going nowhere and provides incentive beyond the usual plodding grind. Four minutes? Intervals? Well, it will take you a while to get up to target heart rate, so don't think your workout will be a total of four minutes unless you are a long-time couch potato, And some folks just don't like intervals - which is fine. But your workout will be more condensed and effective if you take Baleka's advice. And I applaud his work aimed at improving the longevity of our truck drivers.

Sneak in exercise
I think it's a helpful book for people looking for ways to sneak in a workout, especially if you've never really been much of a person to work out before. You need to be willing to actually do things that people might think are silly, like jumping Jack's in while you're waiting for something else, but if you're just trying to find ways to get in a workout in your very busy schedule and you've never thought about exercise before, this book will give you some tips on how to get started.

The media could not be loaded. The reality is that most of us live an unhealthy sedentary lifestyle, but we are too busy to exercise. This book took away the excuses and showed me how ANYONE can accelerate their metabolism in just a few minutes without any special equipment. We all have an extra 4 minutes throughout the day, now we can use that to stay fit. Siphiwe has a great story and an approachable style that encourages you to take action for the future, instead of making you feel ashamed of the past.

A good fitness program
An interesting book. I wish I could follow the 4 minute exercise plan. I am physically not able. I recommend to others that do not have injuries that prevent or hinder movement. I encourage others to move and this book may provide the encouragement needed to do so.

4 minute fit, and I feel better!
Detailed, gives you simplistic ideas on achieving those 4 minutes. I for one have been able to increase my vigorous minutes to 6 and my weight has decreased steadily over the past 4 weeks. I also have better energy during the day.

Not happy
Was not happy the envelope had some how stuck to the front of the book there is now a brown stripe across the book and it was open when delivered. Did try to let u know but not very good with computer
