You have to use the sizing chart on the Cocoons website
It is crazy that Amazon doesn't make this clear, but the different sizes of Cocoons are sold as different models, and you have to make sure you are buying the model that will fit your glasses. The sizes/models are as follows, from biggest to largest: Aviator (XL), Pilot (L), Wide Line (ML), Slim Line (M), Mini Slim (MS), Stream Line (S). There is a sizing chart available on the Cocoons website (just google Cocoons sunglasses) that you can print out and then place your Rx glasses on the page to see which type of Cocoon sunglasses will fit. It took me a decent amount of time to figure all this out for myself, and I feel bad for all the people posting reviews about how the Cocoons they bought didn't fit.

Not quite as advertised.
I've been wearing glasses for less than 2 years. Reading at the pool is difficult because of the glare, so I needed sun glasses to go over my prescription glasses. I was hoping these would provide an easy solution, so I purchased the Wide Line Black Frame/Blue Mirror Lens.I have a couple issues with the glasses. 1. They are not mirrored lenses. You can see through the blue lenses and see the glasses I am wearing underneath. 2. They are heavy and cause discomfort. I wore them home from work (where they were shipped) and immediately I could feel the added weight. My commute is less than 10 minutes and I couldn't keep them on the entire time. 3. They don't fit the glasses very well. My glasses are relatively straight across and these have more of a curve. The outside parts of my lenses come into contact with the outside parts of the sunglasses' lenses, leaving a gap between the two glasses in the middle (nose) and forcing the sunglasses to sit too low on your nose. Plus, the nose area of the sunglasses isn't wide enough to accommodate the nose area of my glasses. This is probably the reason for the discomfort (issue 2). 4. They are big and look like something an 85-year old in Florida would be wearing to the dog track. I was willing to live with this if 1-3 weren't issues, but they are big, bulky and uncomfortable.

Best sunglasses for over Rx glasses
I first obtained Cocoons for my wife and I through a discount camping supply catalog in an effort to upgrade our UV A/B protection while backpacking in Arizona. After several years the ear pieces broke on my pair and my wife obtained new Rx frames that no longer fit under the Cocoons so I inherited her pair. A few years later and the ear piece on the second pair broke. This time I went to the Cocoons site and obtained the size parameters so we could specify the correct Cocoons for our current Rx frame size. We are even happier with these new Cocoons than we were with the old style. While most manufacturers have cost reduced their products, Cocoons have improved their products over the years. The new Cocoons have a flexible/formable temple on the ear piece that you can custom form to fit over your Rx frames. Perhaps now the ear piece will not break off after several years of use.Cocoons also have several lens colors from which to choose. Each color provides more than just a different view of the world. The colors filter certain colors of light so the Cocoons perform well during whatever activity are using them. We selected the grey lens and find it provides a good view of driving, hiking and working outdoors. However, you might want to try a different color lens if you plan to wear the Cocoons for other activities (i.e., downhill skiing, water skiing, archery, etc.). I recommend googling "cocoon sunglasses" to find the manufacturer's web site for assistance specifying the cocoon size and lens color you require.

My new favorite sunglasses!
I am very pleased with the Cocoons Wide Line glasses. I have been a Fitovers customer for many years but I've really gotten annoyed by the extremely clunky designs Fitovers have for wide (but not necessarily large-lens) eyeglasses. These Cocoons Wide Lines are a different story. They actually look GOOD. No more walking around looking like a bug-eyed alien beetle in a 1950s sci-fi movie! Extra bonus points to Cocoons for some other unexpected improvements over the Fitovers designs: the temple pieces on the Cocoons are flexible and can be bent for a custom fit, the glasses are considerably lighter, the lenses are very clear and crisp (made me realize the Fitovers were not so good in that area); the Cocoons are considerably less expensive; and last but not least, Cocoons offers a comprehensive selection via Amazon Prime (not just discontinued styles in a few odd colors as Fitovers offers). All in all, Cocoons hits the right spot for value, selection and service. These are my new favorite brand. I will be back next time I need a new pair of sunglasses!

Not
I have this sunglasses for almost two years and I only wear it when I drive to work every morning. It's the most comfortable fits over sunglasses I've ever bought. However, I just recently found out the steel frame popped out from the plastic frame. Although it has lifetime warranty on the frame but I have to mail it to the manufacturer for repair and also need to include a $8.98 check for return shipping and handling. It will cost me about $18 to repair this $50 sunglasses. I think it might not be worth it. I will probably continue to wear it until I find other better, affordable, and durable fits over sunglasses on Amazon.

Great for driving
I use these when I am driving and I absolutely love them. The lenses are polycarbonate and are very durable. They have a polarized filter on them which helps to cut down on glare, and also give you a clear view of the colours around you. They fit very comfortable on my face and I love that they have little lenses on the side of the main lense, they cover my whole files of vision, it ensures that I don't see any glare while I am driving.

Good Choice for RC Flying
I use these when flying RC airplanes, and they are excellent for that purpose. Several flyers at our club also use them and are very happy with them. The copper lens gives good contrast and the lens is very clear. The frame is very comfortable with no hotspots. I wear them all day and forget that I have them on. The 'cocoon' wrap around feature is very effective in shielding the eyes (and obviously important when you spend a lot of time looking up at the sky). The Cocoon frame looks fine, but is not very fashionable (not an issue for me), but if looks matter, the Vistana frame looks better. I also have a pair with amber lenses, but I tend to prefer the copper lens for RC flying as they give slightly better contrast. I find both the amber lens and the copper lens excellent for driving as well.

Great for my purposes.
Good wrap, distortion free lenses. Since the cataract operation I am using the Cocoons as regular sunglasses and they work great. My eyes are fully surrounded and protected from glare.
