Excellent product. Having suffered from sciatica problems for years found this to be a good way of alleviating pain. The spray was easy to apply at the base of my back and was effective almost immediately. The cooling feeling had the effect of dissipating the pain and would last long enough to enable me go drop off to sleep. I have used various heat gels/sprays as well but have found the cooling spray to be much more effective.

it does work, easy to use, though watch the fumes if your breathing is bad like mine is, hold your breath and spray it on in a different room, must say though, smell/fume wise, this is much better than the deep heat and works better. - left a star off as wish they would make it cheaper to buy

This has to be one of the best products I have ever used. It is incredible stuff and works a charm on pulled muscles and aching backs, just be warned DO NOT spray close to your gentlemans vegetables (for groin strain) as it doesn't numb it and only makes it burn for hours (a mistake I made and no amount of cold water got rid of the burning) but apart from that little mishap it's brilliant, almost on the same level as sliced bread.

I’ve been using this Whenever I have sprains and if u have a neck sprain in particular this is the best spray for sprains. Normally heat helps me always but for sprains this is the one. It stops pain triggers to areas where it is sprained
