You won’t gain any length; same chord as the one you get in the box. From my understanding anything longer wouldn’t provide the needed power. Nice quality.

USB-C cables can be a bit confusing - USB-C was always meant as a connector standard rather than a type of cable, so you can have many types of cables that have “USB-C” ends on them and they’ll look the same, but can work quite differently. But this can be an expensive proposition.Enter this USB 4.0 cable with USB-C ends. It supports the very latest in protocols - USB 4.0 / Thunderbolt 4 - as well as everything backwards from there, providing up to 100W charging and 40Gbps data transfer (including video streams) or whatever your devices are capable of working with. It’s a quality, well-built cable to with metal housing for the imbedded circuits in the connectors and a braided sheath on the length of the cable to make it nice to work with, extra flexible and less likely to snag. The ends themselves are thin enough to use with devices that have cases on them which is important and connect securely. AND (very importantly) it’s a relatively decent price for buying the highest power/fastest data cable around.If you’re looking to be future proof on USB-C cables and you don’t mind paying for it, this is a good way to go!

This is and exceptionally well-made 1meter USB4 cable. I am a huge fan of braided cable vs plastic coated cable, and this one is no exception. Great USB-C connector ends and compatible with Thunderbolt 4, 3, and USB 2.0 and above.I use this cable to power a 32" LG IPS monitor off of my MacBookPro M1 Max...and without a single issue.NOTE OF CAUTION:This is NOT a Thunderbolt 4 cable. They are different, but compatible. Make sure that you know what you are buying and that you don't need a dedicated T-Bolt4 cable for your use.All in all, I am very pleased with this excellent cable, and it gets a full FIVE STARS from me, along with my honest and hearty recommendation! I needed a thunderbolt 4 cable for its increased bandwidth. I run a docking station off my MacBook Pro (2021 model) with three monitors and a gigabit ethernet connection. Thunderbolt 3 cables don't quite cut it. I needed a thunderbolt 4 cable. This cable took care of all my bandwidth needs and then some. I've never been so happy with my docking station. This cord is thick and sturdy.

I needed a thunderbolt cable to use a new monitor and this did the trick. This is nice heavy and thick with USB-C style plugs- thunderbolt plugs are the same, but have different and better specs. These are thunderbolt 3/4 and super fast but it depends somewhat on if what you are connecting can take advantage of the cables specs. This won’t make your USB-C ports into thunderbolt ports if that was what you were thinking,

Not all USB-C cables are created equal; this provides 100W speeds as well as video signal capabilities. The cheaper ones don't allow video or only provide slower charging/transfer speeds. This cable does it all.It advertises 8K at 30, 5K at 60, and 4K at 60.I mainly use 4K at 60, so that's good enough for me.100W is also great for charging my laptop. This also gives me real fast charging for my Note 10+ (you also need a fast charger too; you can't just one or the other)

Have had this cable a few weeks and it will be be a permanent addition to my laptop bag as it seems to do everything and be tough enough to handle everyday knocks, pinches and twists with ease.I’ve used this brand before without issues and this cable looked useful when I saw it. I have used it for charging my MacBook from a charger, charging my mouse and phone from the MacBook. I have used to connect a hub to a Windows PC, so charge, video and usb accessories all went via the cable without issue. I’ve also used with an adapter for standard USB-A ports. All without any problems.The cable has a toughened, braided finish which makes it resistant to being squeezed, pinched or bent double and also provides protection to items being placed on top of the cable.There is a little card in the box that states there is support for the cable in case there are any questions. I haven’t used that but it’s reassuring to know that it’s there.It may seem expensive for a cable but for something so useful I have no hesitation in getting it.

The cable itself is really well made, looks sturdy and has a nice feel to the covering.I bought a Samsung monitor with Thunderbolt (& other USB) to tidy up the desktop a bit & now it is connected by this cable running at 4K no issues or flicker.Also borrowed a friends thunderbolt NVME enclosure and it is lightning fast, shifts a massive amount of data quickly, so ordered on & another one of these cables (as the one it comes with is too short to be really useful) Very pleased with my purchase, a great choice if you need Thunderbolt 4 connectivity

This cable is a well built braided Thunderbolt 4 cable. I used it to transfer files between 2 MacBook Pros and it reached the expected speed. It is roughly 1 metre long which is perfect for connecting a laptop to a thunderbolt display but maybe not long enough for charging as it's easier to have some decent length. Overall it is a high performance, well-built cable.

The product arrived in minimal eco friendly packaging but with all necessary info included. It is a very sturdy looking flexible cable that has that satisfying click as it engages into the laptop port. Some are loose fitting but this cable is secure! Side by side operation is ensured by slim width design. Connected onto Thunderbolt 3 ports and PD charger... good performance even on an old LG monitor.Very pleased. About to splash out on new tech so this cable will fit the bill for my video editing work. Bravo SAILLIN
