I thought my puck prep was decent but this seems to have made an immediate difference. The two-in-one is less busy on the countertop. I find it easy to use; the distributor and tamper work well. The look and feel are great. The one niggle is really minor; there is a rubber base to put the device on and protect it, but it does not fit. For the money, the two-in-one from such a respected brand seems good.

It’s really bad choice material with awful mechanism. It was stock in when I was trying to change the level of depth. Harmful sharp edges cause wounds to my hand trying to change the level. It was damage when using pliers. Also, uneven level when use the tamper. Waste of money. Just stay away if you wanna be safe.

Le système double est plutôt bien pensé, les 2 côtés se règle séparément et le côté tamper bien adapté en profondeur pour le pannier spécifique de la Flair Pro 2. Le côté distributeur est correct et aplanit bien la mouture sans la tasser trop profondément. Son usinage est parfait pour ce type de pannier. A l'utilisation on est sur un système tout ce qu'il y a de plus standard pour un distributeur/tasseur qui de plus est livré avec un petit socle. Je recommande, car le tasseur fournit avec la Flair est plutôt nul.

Like their other products - great quality from Normcore. Like the dual functions of levelling and applying consistent tamper pressure in one tool. Simplifies dialling the grounds in so that you only need to focus on grind size. The depth of the leveller can be finely adjusted to suit the dosing weight. Levelling produces consistent and evenly distributed grounds. Works really well. Highly recommend.

If you dose your basket correctly, the palm tamper side is too short to properly tamper the puck. Rather buy a different one, this is a waste of money.
