It is what it says it is its a generic remote, while i bought one thats without mic they sent me one with a mic button but the mic wasn't working so i cant camplain, appearance is mild, mine wont connect to tv via Bluetooth may be its not compatible, again i never intended it to be so i can't complain, easy to use.

This is a replica of original remote in look n feel. Performance is very poor. The main component of the remote i.e the navigation button is not working. Even the main select button is working on its whim n fancy. You go on pressing the ok button n when it works you can't predict. A wrong purchase by me. Voice recognition is not working. Poor quality not value for money. It worked only for 10days.

The voice button doesnt work. Some of The buttons are very hard and the operation is quiet laggy. Atleast it gets the work done.

My Samsung Q60A remote stopped working after one year of purchase. When contacted customer care for the original remote they said it will cost Rs. 2800. Felt it is too much and went for this alternative. It doesn't have voice recognition feature. Except that it has all features as the original one and works fine. Bear in mind, compared to the original one the buttons are a bit hard.

Working but doesn't look like a new remote, rather used one or refurbished.

This is a very cheap quality remote . Don’t waste your money on it . You will regret even your 269 rs because this remove doesn’t deserve to be sold for Rupees. I know this is a not a original remote but as a duplicate remote they used very very cheap quality. Buttons are hard. Not able to open the back cover to use the cell. Don’t go for this product.

Genial funciona

Bought two of these controllers for our Samsung Frame as the kids had destroyed the original that came with the TV. I much prefer these ones, they feel sturdier and do the job well. They can be a little unresponsive at times and as others say you need to be pointing them directly at the tv to work, but this is a minor inconvenience and for the low price easy to accept. I intend to buy again once the kids destroy these.

It works perfectly fine. Only Disney plus button didn't work . My LG TV is 5-6 years old that could be the reason.. I am happy with the the purchase. Thank you dear seller.👍
