Yes, the positive and negative reverse when switched from full up to full down position.

Q: Is switch on or off or spring switch you have to Hold down?

Spring loaded hold down for power on

Q: I am using this switch for a moto mirror ,do I power the switch on terminal 1 and ground terminal 4?

The positive terminal is connected with 2#, and the negative terminal is connected with 5#, 1/3# or 4/6#. Please refer to the picture for details. After all, the devices are different. (Sorry for the late response to the epidemic in China)
