MASTERCANOPY 10x17 Pop-up Gazebo Canopy Tent with Double Awnings Black

The pop up canopy arrived as scheduled. Although I was able to put it up by myself in about 30 minutes, it would be a challenge for my wife if she had to put it up by herself. It’s a 10 x 10 canopy but when the side panels are extended, it will give you 10 x 17 ft of covering which is really nice. It was the main reason why I choose this one over the other ones. Although it is much heavier than other portable canopies, I prefer one that will be a lot sturdier and more durable. The included sandbags and tie down ropes was nice but I do not plan to use as I prefer to use the plastic weights for pop up tents. The storage bag with wheels is handy when transporting. I am really happy with my purchase and if you’re looking for a durable canopy that will give you up to 10 x 17 ft coverage I highly recommend it.

The canopy is sturdy. Also bought the walls and that was great because we could close off the canopy to protect our vending products from morning dew and moisture. It does take 2 people to put up but it is pretty simple The angle of the awning can be changed to protect our merchandise but getting wet from the rain. OVERALL LOVED THE PURCHASE. We had an event in April and bought 4 more! They are so great for an event. Adds 4 ft worth of shade that you don't get with regular 10 x 10 canopies. It also does not take up more space for the footprint so if you are a vendor you stay in the 10x10 space but have more comfort.

We received this canopy on April 10th. We only used it three times in two weeks before it started falling apart.Unfortunately, we've encountered the following issues:Screws dislodged from the frameVelcro straps came off the fabric coveringFrame for awning is bent (curved)Rips in the fabricI contacted the seller directly (from a link on the Amazon site) on April 22nd instead of writing a review in order to rectify the situation. We liked the size of the canopy, so we really wanted to be able to use it. I received a reply on 4/23 asking for more details as well as photos. I provided all of the information they requested along with the photos posted on this review. They said they were very sorry, and on April 30th, said they would send another one to us. I provided my address, yet I'm still waiting for the tent (5/26/25). I have sent several more emails asking for an update and a tracking information, but I've heard nothing back. I would encourage Amazon not to continue selling this product due to the lack of quality and poor customer service from the seller. I don't think Amazon would want to be associated with a product and customer service like this. At this point, I'm out the money paid and don't have a tent canopy that I can use. Highly disappointed in this product and advise everyone not to purchase this item!*June 2, 2025 update. All of my contacts with the seller were within the window for return/replacement. On April 30th, the seller emailed that they would replace the item for me in roughly 2 weeks. The 2 weeks that the seller made me wait pushed me beyond the Amazon refund/replacement window. Now, I've never received a replacement and when I called Amazon today, they are refusing to refund or replace the item. Amazon has the relationship with the seller, not me. It almost seems like this is a scam. BEWARE! If you have an issue with this item, go directly to Amazon, not to the seller link that Amazon provides! If Amazon tells you to contact the seller, DO NOT FOLLOW THAT DIRECTIVE! Get your refund from Amazon within your return/refund timeframe! I'm now in a position of not having the money or a product that I can use!

After a camping trip in Colorado ruined our last awning, I found this as a replacement. Not only is this super easy to put up, but it is very durable, and looks good too. We had very little trouble putting it up with just two people. The canopy was literally the most difficult part to figure out. When taking it down we left the canopy on top of the frame, and simply folded it down. It fit right into the carrying case without problems just like that. 10 for 10 would recommend, and would buy again if needed.

This is an excellent canopy value for your money. It’s sturdy & easy to set up. Canopy fabric is durable, not flimsy. The side awnings are a genius idea. I had it set up outside, sandbags filled & attached to the frame for 2 weeks with no issues. Then a powerful storm blew in & flipped the canopy over into a thorny desert plant with no damage to the fabric at all. The frame was snapped in four places however, I believe from the weight of the sandbags making a crash landing. Lesson learned is to stake it down with heavy duty stakes! I still heartily recommend this canopy.

I’ve used this canopy twice now and love the ease of setup and quality of the materials. My only complaint is the storage bag should be a little more roomy and it needs to have some bag length pockets to store the poles for the adjustable sides. I also wish it zipped along its length, rather than only on one end. However, the handles seem sturdy and the wheels are very useful due to the weight of the whole thing. I also wish it had a vented top.
