It’s a great read. Love the style of storytelling- it’s simple, quick & gripping! Good suspense, keeps you intrigued till the end & maybe even later. Would definitely recommend it.

Verity is a gripping psychological thriller that kept me hooked till the last page. The story is intense, eerie, and full of unexpected turns. Highly recommended!

Lowen arrives at Crawford house, sorting through years worth of Verity's notes, to get her started. It contains disturbing and intense admissions from Verity, including the day her daughter died. Lowen starts to have feelings for Jeremy but he is still in love with Verity. Lo consider telling him about manuscript. In the end she discovers something which totally contradicts the manuscript. And what's that? You need to find it for yourself! 🔹🔸🔹 The start of the book gave me goosebumps with a detailed description of an accident. I loved the book initially, it was compelling throughout. The Crawford house was so scary that it gave me chills. Loved the interactions between Lo & Jeremy. There were some scenes that got me a bit scared, including the living room one, IYKYK🤭 it was both funny & scary. 🔹🔸🔹 What I didn't like was the manuscript, with little information about important stuff and largely filled with s e x scenes. Of course there were some disturbing scenes including the hanger one! And I hated the end (and not because of how it ended), I know it's an open end book but still there wasn't enough explanation for how things turned out the way it did. Overall, it was mostly a good read for me and if you like thriller books mixed with a bit of spice, detailed scenes, you should go for it. 🔹🔸🔹 [One should know, this book contains dark and mature themes like murder, manipulation, and child abuse.]

The plot is good but unwanted stuff in between to drag the story. The book is worth only 100 to 150 pages. The remaining is crap

One line: IT COMPLETELY MESSED WITH MY MIND. Everyone is psychotic in this story and the level of creepiness is insane. I still don’t know what to believe, and I’m sure everyone who has read it felt the same. This definitely traumatized me. Those vivid details were cruel. Fast-paced and engaging! Pick this up if you want a story that completely collapses everything you thought you understood. Now I truly see why people loved it!
