Used this silicone mold for the cookie cake letters. It was challenging at first to get the letters to come out without breaking but the trick was to make a tiny hole (not too big) in your piping bag and pipe the chocolate in the little letters and lightly tap the mold. And slowly and carefully take the letters out. Took some time and practice but I got it after a little.

Get the job done when doing letters. Just make sure you cover all around in depth.

Perfect addition to my treats!

I bought this to use with modeling chocolate to decorate my cakes. I'm a beginner so maybe I didn't do something right but every time I would let the chocolate harden, it would break apart when trying to remove it from the mold. Maybe if the silicon mold was a little thinner it wouldn't break apart so easily. Bummer because I love the font. This mold is okay if you can figure out how to remove the letters gently.
