This pump is in the ground under a grate in our Florida back yard. We get heavy rain in the summer months. This pump keeps our backyard from flooding. In the video, you can see the pressure of the water shooting out at the road. This water is coming from the backyard through a pipe we buried to the pump which is at least 70 feet from the curb. The pump has so much horsepower, it shoots the water to the street like it’s nothing. It comes out like a geyser. We couldn’t be happier. We’ve only had it a few months so we don’t know how long the pump will actually last, but it is a good pump for now. Super easy to install and heavy. Seems to be well-made.

Great pump. Used it for pumping spring water up hill. Exceeded my expectations.

Pros: ships quickly, easy to use, can be fully submerged, works with 1/2" sediment. I don't have to constantly watch the water level for fear my normal sprinkler pump will burn out. Cons: Lift isn't as documented so not a whole lot of pressure on a 5' rise to a gradual 10' drop. Float switch will turn off now and again when submerged, but works more than it doesn't. Use is in our irrigation canal in a cement box. Used to water the grass.

DO NOT BUY THIS WORTHLESS PUMP! I cannot warn you strongly enough to not buy this inferior pump. I have spent time and money trying to use it for almost a year now, of it’s 3 year warranty. It is intermittent, slows oddly when it does operate, just before it shuts down completely. It works for a maximum of 5 minutes. I contacted their customer service. They told me that if I installed the pump, that the warranty is void. How does one know if the pump works without installing it? Their customer service, without looking at the pump, concluded that the problems were my fault and that they would do nothing, and that the pump cannot be fixed. This pump is and has been, a complete waste of money. Customer service was curt and dismissive. If you make the mistake of investing in this poor quality pump, you will have unending grief from a shoddy, cheaply-made, poor quality product with absolutely No Customer Support.

It’s got a lot of power! The water/waste was sucked up extremely fast. Works better than our last one before it died. The sound is much more subdued as well. I will be buying an extra one just to have on hand. These sump pumps only last 4 to 5 years with a household of six people. I don’t have to worry about my sump pump for another 4 to 5 years. The handle makes for an easy install and lighter to Cary.
