It looks like a c to c- is someone sure its usb c to lightning

I bought this cable with the same doubt but indeed it is for a USB-C connection at one end and Lightning at the other end, I used it for my iPad 10.2 ", I highly recommend it obviously the product photo is wrong 🤷🏼♂️

Does this work with a Mavic Pro 1 controller also?

Not fit for Mavic Pro 1 controller,fit for DJI Mini 2,Mavic Air 2 and DJI Air 2S controller.

It's actually quite great? I've had it over a year now, and it's still good. It's made of a fabric cloth on the outside, maybe nylon? Then again we all use our products different, I use my wire like 2-3 a week, and like I said, It's still good. I hope this helps you decide.
