I’m 5”10 and weight 180 and a medium fits perfect. Not too big nor small. If a loose fit is preferred then I would stick with a large.

Very comfortable shirts and would definitely buy again. The blue a grey still fits nicely But sadly my white one ended up with a small hole in its front.
