Its very noisy and the door does not close as it does not have a magnetic attachment

For people who reviewed this complaining about loud noise are the same people who complain why cats meow or why they hear footsteps when they walk, it's a "BOTTOM" dispenser there's a pump in it, how do you expect water to fill the tank ? And it just goes on for a few seconds to fill the tank, the exaggeration made it seem like I'm buying a generator, and it's not that loud, built quality is perfect, it looks elegant, the hot water is perfect for hot beverages, the cold water is not too cold, the perfect summer glass of cold water, the knobs are very convenient(hot knob got safety lock) if you got pets it's impossible for then to use it unlike the button ones, on discount the price is just perfect for what you get, switches on the back to turn off the cold/hot water, i been looking into bottom water dispensers for months, the pump on this is exactly the same on the very expensive ones, the only difference between this and the one's that are double this price is your buying a brand name that's, if you're looking for a bottom water dispenser and this hoover went on discount snatch immediately it's worth it on discount (even retail price but better to save since it goes below retail from time to time)

Horrible Horrible product, right out of box it was damaged. Plugged in for the first time and water leaked everywhere from a nozzle in the back, not even a glass of water made it into the tank. All design no function. DO NOT RECOMMEND DO NOT BUY.

Nice shape and design, and look. Water cooling is good. Nothing bad until the moment.

We have been using it for more than 2 months now from date of purchased and still working fine, 5 gallon water bottle fits the bottom perfectly and the door closed nicely. We had Hoover brand for our fridge 2-door (No Frost) and washing machine 7kg automatic front-load, and we had been using them for more than 5years and no issues still had been noticed, easy to clean and maintain. Definitely a good brand, worth the price.

Design is great, but the compressor sound is EXCESSIVE

I'm not sure if this is a manufacturer defect on this model or just an issue with the item delivered to me. The bottom compartment is small, and the door won't close when a water bottle is placed inside. The strange part is that the door closes when the bottle is empty but won't close when the bottle is full of water. I tried hard to make it fit but had no success. could not run to check the functions.

Hot is hot... Cold is cold. Good water flow. Less expensive than other brands. Great product
