Chocolate Fudge Nutritional Shake,11 Fl oz (Pack of 12)

I love these shakes, they have become a staple on our household. I had dental work with complications and needed easy calories for a while, I tried all kinds of protein shakes and powders before finding Orgain. These taste just like chocolate milk and fill me up with 16g of protein and 250 calories per shake. It does include sugar but I prefer that to artificial sweeteners, and it's not too sweet. A whole shake is a solid meal replacement, or I like to add some into coffee for a mid-morning boost (and delicious easy mocha!) The single use carton is convenient for on the go use like going to the gym, but it does leak sometimes after you pop the seal on the screw top. The other downside is these are expensive, we stock up when the 12 pack cartons are on sale. I tried the vegan pea protein version too (in the light blue packaging) because we prefer plant based dairy usually, but the aftertaste was too off putting. I'll stick with the grass fed protein shakes in the green cartons for now!

Started buying these for hubby, who has feeding tube because they're natural ingredients, not the artificial junk that's in the formula Medicare provides. Easier on his stomach, too. I try to cook & blend myself as much as possible, but it really helps to have this on standby.

Prices continue to rise! Quality is always the best! It is getting expensive!

The flavor is great with no weird aftertaste. I love that they have fruits and veggies in every shake!

We have ordered these shakes numerous times in the past and have never had a problem. The last 2 times, however, have been an issue. This past time we were sent the wrong flavor, which will not be drank in our house. We gave them to a neighbor instead. The time before that, we received the correct flavor, but the product had expired months earlier. We didn’t notice and my daughter drank one and said it tasted horrible and had chunks in it. Gross!! This isn’t a knock to the actual product which we love, but just a warning to be wary when ordering from here. I guess you don’t k ow what you’re going to get!!
