Review: Expensive but good - That grater works exquisitely well for grating garlic, ginger, daikon, or wasabi. You get a very, very fine paste, and the stringy bits in ginger stay behind without making it into the final product. The tines on the grating surface are extremely sharp. This is a good tool that is a joy to use, and it cleans up easily under running water. Not cheap, but worth the price, in my opinion. Review: Grates finely and is well made - This works well for grating a small amount of ginger and results in a fine texture. I failed to notice the size - my fault. It is a very small grater so it has limited use for me.
