These are great. I have been using them for a while. If I am going somewhere where I have to sit in a hard wooden chair, these make me able to do that. They do last up to 16 hours and I have on occasion left one on when I went to bed after wearing it all day, Tbe only problem I have with the back heat wrap is that it bunches up around my waist. Being a woman, my waist is smaller than my hips, and I think this causes the problem. Since my problem is my lower back, this bunching up is inevitable. But it still works and I have been purchasing these wraps for almost a year.
