Packaging is fine and no complaint. Unfortunately, the taste is not at all to my liking. If too little is added, then it just changes the colour. If you add a bit more of the liquid, then the coffee tastes like some peculiar concoction. Instant coffee is better than this; I gave this a try but not to my taste. Each person has his or her own taste.

This coffee is really good with hot water. Doesn’t taste very good with milk. The ID coffee tastes much better with milk!

Didn't like the taste

This is the best coffee concentrate available in the market. I am a keen coffee lover and drinker. This coffee and the pouch has made my life easy and tasteful. Keep it up.

Have tried a few coffee concentrates and this is the best one so far! It tastes like well made fresh coffee and is quite versatile - can use it for hot coffee with milk, cold coffee and even as a strong iced black coffee. Goes well with regular and vegan milks. My mom, who is South Indian, is very particular about her fresh filter coffee every morning. She rarely likes other coffee substitutes, especially instant mixes and decoctions. But she loved this one! A great solution to travel with, or when in a hurry!

I use this to make regular filter coffee, cold coffee, black coffee etc. Works quite well. Strong flavors and no particles like i found in other decoctions
