Case-Mate - Nemo Case - TOUGH GROOVE CM039310

This is a pretty-basic case. Protects the phone from drops and dings, and not much else. The branding is subtle and not obnoxious. My one complaint is that the case is a bit slick, so if your hands aren't bone dry, you might end up dropping the phone. Good news... it will likely survive the fall.

I feel like I've tried just about every case on the market for the Pixel 4 and always kept returning to the cheap TPU case I bought when it first came out. I wanted a clear one so I could see the back of my white Pixel and the orange power button. The case has a good snug fit and I am very pleased with how well the buttons retain the 'clickiness' of the buttons without a case. I don't love the Case-Mate logo at the bottom of the back, but it has not bothered me like I was afraid it might.

I like the design and materials, but the fit is just a little loose and doesn't feel good in the hand. The sides of the case don't grip the sides of my phone tightly enough. I don't think it's loose enough that I have to worry that my phone will pop out if dropped, but it's just annoying and I'm thinking of returning it. Edit: After using for a week, the sides have tightened up so I'm much happier with it now. But a lot of dust/debris is getting in between the case and the phone- I'm pretty sure it's getting in around the camera lens cutout. So I end up taking the case off to clean every couple days. EDIT 2: Reduced another two stars because after only five months, the hard plastic backing has started to separate from the rubber sides. I've had to switch to a different brand. Don't bother with this case. Wish I could get a refund now
