What a waste of money!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY 💰! These do absolutely nothing to help you sleep, ok. I wire two, then went up to three. The moon on the patch (see my videos & photos) are supposed to disappear when the product is working, they NEVER disappear dude. Please see a professional if you suffer deeply from insomnia & take that instead

So I tried this patch for two nights roughly and it kind of helped me sleep, BUT! It also messed up my sleep at the same time and it caused me to have a really bad anxiety attack to the point of crying. So I don’t recommend this if you have anxiety.

Sleep has improved!
I usually try to avoid melatonin. I don't like feeling groggy the next day. Fell asleep quick without tossing and turning. Feel incredibly refreshed without crazy dreams. Added to my nightly routine.

Such good sleep
Like many others who have left reviews for these patches - I have tried ALOT of different things & I will continue to purchase these. Nice, gentle wind down & no morning groggy.

Sleep deeper!
What a great way to ease into sleep. You don’t really feel anything different, you just sort of sleep deeper and longer. Im usually getting an extra hour or so. Also, falling asleep has become easier. I usually need to fall asleep watching TV, but recently I haven’t needed it as much. My brain is already ready for sleep when I hit the pillow. I love these patches!
