FM frequency broadcast can be a problem with other interference
While these are by no means industrial quality, they seem to receive from my transmitter well. I like that they have preset frequencies available. They could be improved with a couple of features and changes. There is a lock button which locks out all of the buttons. It would be better if it locked out the possibility to make changes of everything but the volume. With the lock button, even the volume is frozen. The second issue, is that since they are receiving on FM frequencies, when the main transmitter is turned off or out of signal reach, the units resort back to whatever FM station or static might be available. It is very annoying and much louder than the speaker transmitter volume. Thus one gets a blast of static in the ear. At least put a mute button on the receiver to eliminate this headache.I’ve now returned from a two week tour using these radios and while under ideal conditions they might reach 50 meters, often they were picking up interference from stone walls, steel structures, etc. I found that as I was leading my group, it was helpful to put my transmitter on my back. Just the fact that it did not have to go through me helped the signal stay stronger. I found with pretty consistent usage, that the 2 AAA batteries lasted about a week. So, if you have a longer tour as I did, bring extra batteries. All in all, while not as strong of a signal as I might wish, my group preferred them to just trying to crowd around close to hear me. Thus, I give them 4 stars.

Great little receiver!
These FM receivers are very lightweight and easy to program. The only reason I didn't give this unit 5 stars was because of the ear buds that came with each unit. The ear buds are adequate, but a 5 dollar pair of headphones improves the sound 3X. So for our church members that need a receiver, they all loved the receiver and the headsets because they could remove their hearing aids and enjoy a normal service. Aside from happy elderly, great sound and stereo seperation, plus much more bass with a head set.

Great FM radio, sensitive, audio quality is great with higher quality ear buds. Clock setting in manual is wrong
I just received the 10 pack. The radio is very sensitive, the audio is great. Some things to know.Time setTo set the time, instruction book is wrongNote: the clock is 24 hour mode only.Turn off ReceiverPush 4+5 keys at the same timeHour blinksUse the Tune Up or Down to set the HourPush 4+5 keys at the same timeMinutes blinksUse the Tune Up or Down to set minutesPush 4+5 keys at the same time to set clockNote:The 5+6 keys at the same time also work like the 4+5 keysdescribed aboveTo store an FM FREQUENCY station in memoryTurn on radioTune by holding Tune+ or Tune-It starts Scanning and will stop at a signalTo program the displayed frequencyPush MEM then select a memory location: 1 to 5Do this for each of the five memory locationsTo overwrite a memory location select the FrequencyThen MEM then a memory locationThe Earphones provided are very poorBut the radio audio output itself is very clearDo not judge the quality of the radio by the audio from the ear buds provided.Solution: Use a higher quality ear bud.The S/M button switches from Stereo to MonoPress and hold LOCK to lockout other buttonsOr to cancel the button lockout featureI use these with the 1 watt transmitter hooked to TV audio out. Dialog is crystal clear, better than captionsRecommend !!

Works Great
Update: The seller sent us a new system that works great. This seller has excellent customer service and we are very happy with the product we have.I bought these 10 receivers along with the TIVDIO T-300 0.3W Portable Stereo FM Transmitter. We bought this to translate between two languages in our church. We tried it for two Sundays and then had to return the hardware. The sound kept going in and out on every receiver and there was low level static on and off with each receiver. The earbuds provided were not very good. The volume was low and the sound often only worked on one side unless you wiggled the wire. We solved this by switching out the earbuds for a better quality one, but the static and fading in and out were still an issue. Maybe with a more powerful transmitter this system would of worked, but I don't know enough about all the legal issues to buy a more powerful transmitter, so we decided to go with another company that offers a complete package, which of course costs more. I give this review three stars because this was close to working and the seller has excellent customer service. They worked with us and tried to get the system working for us and when we decided to return it they refunded us all our money and paid for the return shipping.
