I had a very poor experience of the purchase. The lid was not locking and closing well. The very first time I tried to cook using the same, there was a blast in my kitchen. The cooker flew open and the contents were spilled out. I feel cheated with the purchase. I will never order anymore important utensils online.

The package is damaged and the cooker holder is broken.

Got stained with turmeric after first use and that is not coming off. Another issue is the lid doesn't close easily, have apply slight pressure which doesn't happen with my other prestige cookers. Also, do not buy it from ficosa retail. It was dispatched about a week after placing the order. I ordered on 18th October and received it on 26th October.
