These work well but they are too sweet so I probably won’t purchase them again.

These gummys worked great! I would take 1-2 when I couldn't sleep and they put me right to sleep. They really were to quiet a busy mind and I also took one when anxiety attacks bothered me. Always did a great job. Could not figure out why they were discontinued.

Wanted to take these to put me in a good mood and feel better . shortly after taking these, I started getting depression and anxiousness. It took me time figure it was the reason because I didn’t know why I was soo down. I guess you shouldn’t fix what’s not broken!

So goood relievedy anxiety without numbing or lethargy. Effective and definetly a good choice to have when having a hard panic moment or something of the sort. Texturef is unmatched. They are basically better than candy. Vegan, Clean, Flavorfull. Helpede sleep better too!

I have been ordering these consistently since I discovered them. I don't really feel any noticeable drowsiness or 'drugged' effect as might be expected from a calming substance, but I notice that my anxiety or tension is reduced after taking them. This is probably a good thing, as this supplement does not interfere with my ability to work, concentrate, etc. I also find them useful for sleep. I have a sensitive stomach and many supplements bother my stomach, including other L-theanine products, but this one does not. I also enjoy the taste and texture of the gummies.

I keep these in my car and my desk at work for those days when things get a little tense :-)The L-Theanine, lemon balm and chamomile are just the right mix to smooth things out. During the day, they don't make me sleepy, but I have tried them a few times before bed and they do make it easier to fall asleep when I maybe have a little too much on my mind.Bonus feature: they don't melt when I store them in my glove box like some other gummies do!Great product at a great price!
