The Cellulite Myth: It's Not Fat, It's Fascia Paperback – Illustrated, February 7, 2017

Having basic knowledge of fasciablasting and using the tool I decided to read the cellulite myth as Ashley motivates me in many ways as a man. My goal is to apply the knowledge and understanding from a man perspective and really educate myself and the world around me.Thank you Ashley for sharing your story.Much respect.

I read this book in one day. Once i started to read it, i could not put it down. I have had cellulite in my legs and butt since high school. I have never ever worried about my weight or what I eat. But, always had the cellulite. I had 2 children in my 20's and my stomach didn't take long to go back down to regular size. I never had cellulite in my belly. I had a serious illness 3 years ago and had an extremely distended stomach. I looked like I was 8 months pregnant. Now that my treatment is over and, I am all better, I no longer look pregnant but, now I have this belly that is hard, and bumpy. I got the book for the cellulite on my legs and butt. I thought my belly was just "fat" and "old" (I'm 49). After reading this book and looking at a few youtube videos, I am seriously hoping that my distended stomach damaged the fascia in my stomach and that crappy fascia is to blame. I look forward to blasting my fascia but not looking forward to the bruises. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because after getting excited about the fascia blaster, I saw that it was $89. I'm sure it is well worth it, if it works but, would have like to have seen some alternative tool suggested in the book. Some people simply don't have $89 no matter how well it works.

I love this true life story of Ashley Black and her miraculous journey to find out about fascia and then to share it with others . I am fascia blasting and it has changed my body and made it beautiful and given me back my health and increased my confidence . It’s A God miracle .

FAKE REVIEWS "BEWARE." I am a 2 year Fascia Blaster user. Let me tell you, I originally purchased this for my mother with stage 4 rectal cancer.my mother had lived with massive varicose veins & horrible leg circulation her whole life, I felt using this on her daily lightly would keep her circulation and strength up while fighting cancer. Yes, I was right. Not only did it help, it kept my mother off pain killers as her cancer became prolapsed after a biopsy.Due to my moms developing post biopsy cancer issues after developing Septic, this FB helped rid the majority of septic from her body and gave (what we believe) her 2-Extra years of life. And 99% pain free up until the moment she peacefully passed 3/22/17. This is documented with a team of 5 Doctors including Oncologist and Neuropathic Doctors. This tool is an amazing God send for many different medical reasons & not limited to bonus body issues. If used correctly you will be amazed. First you must educate yourself with videos and the book, (key word,educate) and common sence. Nothing is a quick fix tool, it takes educating yourself correctly before starting the FB, but you will start seeing & feeling immediate relief & results after first use. I am now working on my broken self and getting amazing results daily, that my Doctors seen no hope for, they are Amazed with my progress. Reinenterating "Education if Key."Now for fake reviews. Do some homework on the ones that posted bad reviews and you will clearly understand the vicious reviews. It's a shame that one person at the top of this vicious Tribe if the ring leader that used to be personally involved with the Auther & Inventer of the FB, and now angry and out to destroy her personally & Financially. I don't need not to say more. If you do few mins of homework you will completely see the insanity of this viscous Tribe is out for blood on any/ All websites or Facebook groups concerning the Author and Product they can find to post negitivity too.This tool is a must and needs to be available for people with Chronic medical conditions for relief, and not slandered against out of vindictiveness. Check FDA.Gov no reports of anything as some claim.(Look at all the Dates of bad reviews, same time periods) Always consult your Doctor before use for medical conditions with any product.BTW Contact Amazon and see how many book returns there have been? Amazons return policy 30days, unhappy readers you would think would had returned thief book by then is so bad, but Nope ( month later, all at same time. HUMM??)The FB Tool has a 60 day return policy, contact FasciaBlaster.com and see how many tools were returned with the 60 day trial, NONE ( only defect related replacements.) now that I have given some key information, after you do some research, make your own decision on this Amazing Book & Tool?!It's a shame that people with chronic pain would be afraid/detoured from a great tool that can help get amazing relief that with those that live in constant pain, by being manipulated by vicious reviews and lies. Only way you will know the truth if trying it for yourself!!! Educate yourself, it's beyond worth it!!!

Ashley is going to change the way women view and manage their weight ! Do your research and buy these products - I have been using her Fascia blaster for a year since thinking 'That's pretty much it, I may as well just accept its all down hill from here no matter how much I exercise and watch what I eat.' Then I stumbled across Ashley while researching lipo suction as a last (expensive and quite scary) resort. I started googling fascia and reading what other experts hint at, but seem to like to keep to themselves .... then I bought 2 of her blasters and 'gave it a go'. Within the first month I could see definition coming back and quality of the appearance of the skin on legs improving ... they are still not 'perfect' but I will wear shorts now, and next to nothing is going to stop me from helping myself to be the best I can be by using these products :)

Unbelievably dissapointed with this book. This book spears to be merely an opportunity for the writer to discuss her own life failures and accomplishments. I lost count of how many times the writer congratulates herself on her life achievements. The entire book could have been reduced to 1 chapter. Repetitive, patronising, and at times extremely dull. Waste of money. If you want to reduce cellulite..... eat better, reduce your intake of toxins, use a body brush and do a lot of exercise. Don’t be fooled by another “expert”.

I bought the book because it was referred to in an article I was reading about fascia - the third body system (other than muscular and skeletal) which has started to be being researched over the last 15 years. Its a real eye opener and makes a lot of sense but does take a leap of faith to look at our bodies in a different way and that the cause of a pain or ache may not be muscular or skeletal but due to a problem with our fasia. Sort the fascia problem out and you get rid of the pain.The title is misleading because it is so much more than about getting rid of cellulite, but the protocol Ashley Black has devised does sort out the fascia problem - which is what it really is as CELLULITE DOES NOT EXIST! Its just a name which has been given to describe areas of the body where the facsia is not smooth and has been damaged and need repair.If you're interested in learning more about how your body works and have an open mind then youwill enjoy this book and probably start to follow the protocols in it.

Load of rubbish

Excellent book and well worth the read.I have the fasciablaster and it has helped me in so many ways from my pain to my cellulite and the face blaster is a whole new game changer!I hope more and more people find this tool to change their lives
