Used and not new condition
This bike arrived without a box and had multiple scratches all over it. It looked to be in used condition and not new. Replacement is ordered.

Very basic and no basket.
Bike is ok, but arrived with a lot of scratches. The basket was also not sent even though the description says “ This Dutch style bike is completed with the classy addition of a vintage basket.”

Perfect bike!
Best bike I could find. Very comfortable and easy to ride. It comes with gears and a cute basket. They came and unpacked it, leaving it in perfect conditions.

Screws don’t fit the bike basket
The screws provided to attach the basket do not fit the bike. They are smaller than the size needed, so it’s impossible to secure the basket properly. This means that you either have to buy a different bike where the screws and parts match, or decide to keep the bike without the basket. Very disappointing, as everything else seemed fine, but this detail makes the product unusable as intended.

Great bike, but quality could have been better
We liked a lot how the bike is designed and manufactured. However, during thee assembly one of the bolt got broken (lots its head) - as the quality of the metal was low... Hope the rest are fine
