Time intensive, but looks great
We had some mis-matched color grout and used this to make everything uniform. It was very time intensive but the finished product looks amazing. There are 2 different application instructions on the bottle (a "wet" method and a "dry" method). I tried both of them and didn't like the end result. I ended up just using a small art paintbrush and painting the sealant on the grout, then using a paper towel to clean the edges off any sealant that spilled over onto the tile.

Easy to use!
This product was very easy to use. My one complaint is that the actual colors don’t match the color pallet very closely. This dark gray color is called saraha beige. It was fine for my bathroom floor and was a good contrast. But be careful in choosing. Otherwise is a great product.

Great for a refreshed grout look.
The grout was falling apart and there was no way to match it. After using Fix a Floor to glue tiles back down and regrouting areas I used this so all the grout matched. It dries very quickly, so use small hobby brushes and have water, sponges and paper towels handy. So far the grout color is holding, however I don’t think it would hold if scrubbed.

Color chart not accurate
Not hard to apply. Have not yet cleaned it—new application. Used color chart online to determine color. (40+ colors are on the Mapei sealer chart) COLOR CHART IS NOT DEPENDABLE, because using chart, I ordered an ivory color. The color I received was bright white—way too white for my stone tile. I ordered another color—Sahara Beige—primarily by name, believing I would get a beige or sand color; but it is a very dark brown, way too dark for my light stone tile. So now, I have two, opened bottles. I tried mixing the white with the Sahara Beige to lighten the latter, but I got a grey sealant color. Oh well, at $15* a bottle, I’m not willing to keep guessing as to which of the 40* colors best match my natural stone tile. I’m not happy with the color results from my order.

Very happy with the results
I had the common problem of new grout having a washed out look. Probably because I’m not a professional and ended up having too much water in the grout mix or washed out the color when wiping down the tiles. Either my Sahara Biege grout looked more like light grey. So I ordered this and put it on with a stiff bristle brush as others have recommended. Instant transformation, I can’t say anything about durability or ease of cleaning but so far I am quite pleased. Use a clean paper towel with a bit of water to wipe the edges of tile where it flirts on. You can get it if the surface of the tile once it dries but there is a lot more scrubbing involved.

Saved a grout failure
The grout that I purchased had a big problem in that it had no color and turned out white. I tried a few grout stains to fix the disaster, and this was the winner. It was thick enough to stay in place and not cause too much mess. The applicator tip was easy to use, and the excess wiped off without a problem. The color was a good match to the posted color so matched well.

Cheaper elsewhere..
I thought this was going to be bigger than the one I got at lowes. I wanted a lighter color than what my store had. This works well but it was cheaper there. Time consuming project but so far, so good. I have been applying with a craft paint brush.
