Q: Why is the brightness so dim?

WUBEN C3 is control by one tail button to trunning on/off and switching the modes. *Notice: The full press of the button is forpower on and off only. Gentiy dgress thepower button to cycle through the modes.

Q: Why does the flashlight have poor contact after replacing other battery?

Because the battery we use in WUBEN is a battery with a 0.05mm charging protection board (size: 18x70mm), which can increase the safety and service life of the battery.

Q: Why can't C3 charge? (After removing the insulation sheet on the battery back cover)

After plugging in the power supply, wait for 3-4 seconds before the light turns on (you can try changing the data cable or plugging it into a computer. Due to voltage, it is suitable for 5V/2A)
