De Nigris Balsamic Vinegar, Bronze Eagle, 35% Grape Must, 16.9 oz

I have tried many (but certainly not all) balsamic vinegars "de Modena." I use about 1 liter in 6-8 weeks. I am price conscious and steer clear of the expensive ones. This is the best one I have tried so far. The flavor is deep and complex with a very slight hint of sweetness. From what I read, this must be due to the 35% Must content, which is listed on the bottle. The price, as far as balsamic vinegars go is reasonable.

Great product, real balsamic with no added molasses . I bought a case a year ago because I couldn't find it in my local grocery store. Price gets over the top with the shipping you will pay as much as the Silver Eagle wich is a De Nigris superior quality . I pay a lot of attention to good quality products and highly recommend these one but will try to get without paying for shipping.

This vinegar is thin and tastes like alcohol.

This is by far the best balsamic vinegar we've ever purchased. It's got a really lovely, robust flavor

I like this vinegar. It has a wonderful flavor. Bit pricey for me, but in summer I live on salads, so. But this is not available via Amazon. Not because it isn't listed, but because it will never be delivered. The tracking shows the package going back and forth between carrier spots, finally making it to my state where it disappears. Don't waste your time, tie up your money. Find this elsewhere. Amazon delivery simply fails. In fact, I've noticed the requirement to send to my residence (a carrier other than USPS) rather than my mailing address (PO box) is often met with failure and the package is left at the PO anyway. I'd rather the advertised delivery be slower and actually get here competently.

I really like this product! So many ways to use it !

Be prepared to wonder why you never had this experience before.
