No unfortunately it does not glow in the dark but is a very nice colour

can this be ironed onto fabric?

Unfortunately not, this is adhesive vinyl. You will need iron on for fabric transfers :)

Could I cover a melamine drawer with this to change its colour. And is it really 10ft long (120”)?

If you're only thinking of covering the front of the drawer and not the sides then it would be fine, It's quite thick so wont easily cover curves or edges without careful manipulation and precise cutting. There are probably better choices for covering drawers, something less thick. It's good stuff and will stay stuck as long as you prepare the surface properly. It's really 10ft long, by a foot wide.

Is this removable? The title says permanent but the description says removable. I need a removable solution as I'm renting.

It's permanent vinyl which is durable and also easy to remove when you need.
