Q: What comes with it because the description doesn't match?

The sandbox comes with a bag of play sand and lots of little toys including a little pink table for the tea party, tiny jug, creamer, and sugar bowl as well as a set of 4 cups and plates. A hutch with 2 cupboards and a drawer that open as well as 3 shelves up above. 4 kitties, a toy yarn ball, a comb and brush to groom the cats, and a rake, shovel, and bucket for the sand, and a large decorative plant. My granddaughter loves this set and plays with all of the toys that were included with the set.
