I started taking these 6 months ago. I I take them every morning. I haven't missed a day because I am a serious vitamin believer. I usually take them first thing with my Fish Oil, vitamin C, Theracurmin HP, and coffee with Bulletproof Collagen powder, but not a meal as stated on the bottle. I keep them in the refrigerator with my fish oil because I read somewhere they stay fresher (like fish oil) when stored in the cold. My hair was really starting to gray in the front and along my part. It was noticeably grayer after a workout or when my hair was dirty. I can honestly say, while my gray isn't 100% gone, it is significantly better. I notice the gray less than I used to. The day after my hair was washed was always the worst for grays being noticeable and they don't catch my attention now. If you have the discipline to take these every day (even travel with them) it's worth a try.

So I bought this and a cheaper competitor brand at the same time. The competitor one broke down completely in vinegar after less than 30 minutes. This brand stayed completely intact for an hour, then the cap popped off. The material was still holding up strong though. I tested this with some hydrogen peroxide and it reacted very slowly and consistently, with small bubbles and no sounds. Not sure if that's good or bad. The competitor brand was at least 5 to 10 times more volatile. Both brands were neutralized as the hydrogen peroxide mixture left over from both did not bleach a dark colored shirt that I poured them on. I'll update at 3 months with results. Using for grey hair and vitiligo. Early Update: At a month in, my beard turned from reddish/light brown to dark black (I have dark brown head hair btw). No greys returned to normal color though. I decide to pluck a patch of greys on my chin as a test and they grew back in dark black. Not sure if I'm willing to pluck all my thousands of greys, but it was an interesting test. I'll give it the full three months and see what happens for the next update. I'm about half way there. FYI I'm taking both this brand and a cheaper competitor, almost daily.

This 100% works! But if only the price was lower. But I guess you have to pay for quality. Reducing hydrogen peroxide in your body is probably the most effective anti-aging action.

I started taking this 3 months ago when my stylist said I had quite a few more greys. I went again yesterday and she was shocked that not only were my greys gone, but overall my hair was darker. (I get blonde highlights so the contrast is very noticeable!)

the cost of the Catalase from Suzy is bit to expensive. to combat this , you purchase the Catalase that you like , I like RISE N Shine extreme 10,000. you will get plain double "00" or larger "000" capsules and put the catalase capsule inside of the empty "00" or larger "000" capsules , no need to transfer the catalase out of one cap. to the other . you will have double thick caps to slow down the dissolving in the stomach. I consume the catalase in the middle of the night when I'm up relieving myself.
