The enclosed paperwork says they are made in Malaysia.

How long is each piece, mine from the PT have been 3-4 feet?

They are 35 or 36 inches in circumference (about 18 inches long when you lay it flat).

Descriptions say 12 or 18 inch loop. Does this mean diameter or circumference?

Lying flat, my bands are 12 inches in length so 24 inches all around. I'm wondering if there is an option to purchase bands that are 18 inches long?
