Garbage
The media could not be loaded. Only had it a day, but seems great, went through three layers of flannel just fine. Seen people say its hard to thread but it threads almost the same as my brother, if you have used a serger before you'll be fine.Update 1 day 5 of owningThis this is insane compared to my brother, it went through 4 thick layers of fleece no problem just slowed down at the bulky seams. Made a super heavy coat. So far totally in love.Update 2 one year of owning. A needle broke and threw the timing off so now its unusable. Same thing that happened to my brother serger. I know how to fuss with it but it takes a really long time.Update 3. Fixed it and once again the love of my life. Will buy a second one as a backupUpdate 4. 1.5/2 years of owning absolute garbage. Doesnt matter what I do it will no longer make a chain. You can NOT get ahold of the company no matter what. Do not recommend, waste of moneyDid this mid project (mid stitch) no dials were messed with etc. I have tried everything to fix it

Not as difficult to thread as I thought
I was afraid to buy a serger because I didn't think I could thread it but after watching a YouTube video, piece of cake. I wish I would have bought this sooner. I've taken on a major project and this will cut 95% of my time so I can concentrate on putting it together rather than trying to zigzag on my raw edges. Don't hesitate if you have been looking for a serger. This one is all metal and it's rugged. Highly recommend it. The only other drawback that I can think of is I tried to contact the company and you can only contact them by email but they never replied. There's no phone number that they answer to talk to anyone for support. That I did not like. The other thing is that it says the machine does not need to be oils because it's been oiled from the factory but then it says in the book to oil it every 24 hours of use. It does not indicate how much oil it needs. Hopefully they will correct this issue so no one damages their machine with excess oil or not enough.

Life-Changing Serger for Effortless Sewing Projects
Hey there! So, I was super scared to buy a serger at first because I was convinced I wouldn't figure out how to thread it. But guess what? After watching a quick YouTube tutorial, it was a piece of cake! I seriously regret not getting this gem sooner.Let me tell you, tackling big sewing projects has never been easier. This bad boy slashes 95% of my sewing time, allowing me to focus on the fun parts instead of struggling with zigzagging raw edges. If you've been eyeing a serger, don't think twice—this one's a beast with its all-metal, rugged build. I'm telling you, it's a game-changer!Now, here's the not-so-great part. I tried reaching out to the company for some help, but the only way to contact them is through email. Bummer, right? No customer support hotline to call for a quick chat. And the manual is a bit confusing—it claims the machine is pre-oiled at the factory, but then suggests oiling it every 24 hours of use without specifying how much. Hopefully, they'll fix this hiccup soon to prevent any mishaps with over-oiling or under-oiling.Overall, though, I can't get enough of this serger. It's a total game-changer for my sewing ventures, and I'd highly recommend it to anyone looking to take their projects to the next level!

Very generous!
I was very surprised to see that the machine was already threaded and had a piece of scrap fabric held under the foot! This shows that the machine was tested before shipping, and I appreciate that. Under the machine, it's legs have little suction cups that aren't very strong and make it perfect for preventing the machine from shaking too much and being noisy during use; while still being able to very easily move the machine and not ruin any surfaces. I love that feature on this machine. It runs very well and the price is so generously affordable for a great, compact machine. It also comes with all the tools you need like an extra foot screw, a screwdriver, the machine's key, an extra metal plate, extra blades, a cleaning brush, extra organ needles, etc!! I'm amazed by the machine and this brand. Definitely very happy with it and I strongly recommend this machine.

Really Hard to Thread
The media could not be loaded. Very nice serger, very firm and sturdy however it's noisy and incredibly hard to thread. It goes really fast which doesn't leave much room for you to guide the fabric through. I prefer something that goes a bit slower. Even when I barely touched the pedal it zipped through. The small little holes that you have to put the thread through are hidden and you need a magnifying glass and really good lighting to find them. Even turning the wheel out won't allow access to the holes and you need small hands just be be able to do it. It's not worth the trouble. Especially if you see a lot and need to switch out the thread regularly. But if you can thread it, it's a good machine.
