Works exactly as it should. I thought it would extend to fit a 20" niche however it does not. In order to do that you either have to purchase another one for the extension or stack something to fill the void.

Well made, simple and a very practical tool!I usually use wood, pieces of tiles, or levels to prop tiles installed vertically without bottom support. The tool is a great replacement for all the improvisations that have different limitations. This tool is worth every penny as it saves the time that I used to spend gathering the improvisations and remedying all their malfunctions. Very happy with the tool!
