Baby loves it!
My little one is almost ten weeks old and has begun babbling and talking to the ceiling fan, so I thought it was high time I get a mobile for her, and I'm glad I chose this one! The sea animals are soft, with the exception of the star fish in the middle, but it is high up enough that I'm not concerned about the fact that it's hard plastic. The unit assembled really quickly and takes four AA batteries. It has three different settings: mobile, projector, and crib light, just mobile and projector, and just crib light. You can choose ocean sounds or music, adjust the volume, and set a timer for 20, 30, or 40 minutes. The sound you choose will also start to play again if it detects baby crying. I notice my baby girl has to be quite fussy for this feature to kick in, so I usually reach her before it turns on but it's still a nice thing to have.My baby loves to watch the lights as she falls asleep and I find the ocean sounds more soothing since she sleeps in our bedroom.I bought this item slightly used and overall, I am really happy with this purchase! Please note that it only works for cribs with hard sides. This cannot be affixed to a bassinet with soft sides because it uses a buckle and not a clamp like some other mobiles. This I think is the only con.

Great mobile! Ocean sounds and start projector with cry activation
Are 2-month-old baby does like this mobile. I kind of wish there was an option just for white noise because the nature sounds do have some crickets and birth sounds throwing in there. But I do really like that the music starts off with original lullabies with someone actually singing. It'd be awesome if in the future we could add our own record of lullabies. The ocean animals are cute and bright colors and are 2-month-old baby does enjoy watching them period she is even shown some interest in looking at the star I remember reading how the mobile came with a feature that it started running if the baby started toI remember reading how the mobile came with a feature that it started running if the baby started to cry and a couple times now I have come into the room after the baby was crying in the mobile heads are not in its own which I thought was very cool. I like that you can change the volume and the amount of time that the object plays for period as long as you leave it on when the cycle ends it looks like the crib function is activated automatically. the projection does move the Stars around in a circle which is great and the star moon images are huge so the baby can see them better. A lot of the law boys don't have words and are just music after the first couple songs. do you make sure you tighten the strap all the way and tie the string to ensure the mobile stays upright. I remember reading some reviews where they said that the mobile fell and as long as you straightened and tightened it all the way it shouldn't be an issue.

Love it
I love this mobile minus one star because you can't turn the music off while the projector is on. I haven't heard white noise on it so if your looking for a mobile with white noise this is not it, it plays singing lulibies and just music. I don't like that they have high pitches in each song and they kinda all sound the same. My baby likes white noise so I just turn the music as low as it goes and play the white noise machine. I got this when she was about a month old she loves it day or night she's 2 months now. And and fyi the batteries will not last if you don't turn it off my the star switch if you let it run the timer and goes off that way you will fly by batteries so make sure you turn it off. The projected stars are bright and clear but I also have a very low ceiling. All around it's a cute mobile definitely would buy again the music mishap you can work around but now that she's 3 she doesn't mind if I set a certain music setting without the white noise. If your questioning to get it girl get it definitely worth it. Easy to put together and get set up for a crib. I have the bassinet so I had to kinda rig it to stay up but I got it to work and it's fine. Also the rotation of the hang toys are very slow so baby can actually watch it vs the ones that move faster. In all we love it! Baby approved! I'm excited to use the whale when she's starting to grab it makes bubble noises and a soothing night light that you can actually turn off if you want. The clip is bug and sturdy also adjustable but it kinda slips but I have mine all the way out so no access fabric. It is heavy so be cautious when you put it up make sure it's secure before putting baby in crip.

Baby Must Have!
My older son who is now 4 and my youngest son who is 9 months old now both loved/love this item! It plays music, has lights that shows the stars up above and the Mobil turns. The stars also circulate while the Mobil is on. My son falls asleep listening to the music and watching it roatate- it’s very relaxing and has a volume button on the side. Also when your child gets older you can detach the upper part and leave just the whale portion. It also has an interactive button and you can choose from daylight or night songs. Definitely worth purchasing and keeping your little one entertained or help with bedtime! Also, I think it’s awesome how it’s interactive so it helps with motor skills.

Don't forget to replace the batteries
Has nice features. It eats through batteries and it's not obvious when it needs replacement. For ours, the sound and lights kept working but the mobile portion stopped working. We thought the motor broke and were about to replace it but read other reviews that said they needed to replace the batteries. For us, it lasted 1 month with light use (maybe 1-2 times per day).
