Q: One of my earbuds has a lower volume, how to solve this?

You can try to clean the dust protective filter of the earbuds with cotton swabs or just paper towels.(Package comes with cleaning cotton swab.)

Q: How to get better wearing experience？

1. Identify the left and right earbuds. 2. Choose the ear tips and ear hooks that fit your ears the best. If you couldn't use the ear hook, please choose the one without the wing.(Pckage include 4 sized (XS/S/M/L) ear tips and 3 sized (S/M/L) ear hooks 3. Insert the earbuds into the canal of your ears, the ear hook should also be inserted into the upper canal of your ears. 4. Turn and find the most comfortable position.

Q: The headphones can't be charged, and continue to play music when put in the case. How to solve it?

According to your description, I'm sorry it might be the problem with the 2 contacts on earbuds, we recommend that you follow the steps in the video to clean the charging pins (if there is alcohol, recommended use a cleaning cotton swab dipped amount of alcohol to clean) Note: Continue to play music when put in the case is also maybe caused by the earbuds and the charging case are not in full contact. Recommended placed earbuds in the charging case after cleaning charging pins and pressed a few times.

Q: How to reset earfun free pro 2？

1. Place both earbuds into the charging case; 2. Keep the charging case open, then touch and hold the button on each earbud at the same time for at least 10s until they flash alternately in blue and white then earbuds have been reset successfully; 3. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect "EarFun Free Pro 2".
