Great taste! Keeps me full! Lost weight.
Update: I tried a different shake see photo and it just doesn’t taste as good as Fit & Lean does. I also didn’t feel as satisfied hunger wise on the other product. I’m still supplementing at least one meal (breakfast) a day, but have stopped losing weight as fast. I also recently found out Im peri menopausal so that is probably why I gained weight last year and have plateaued on losing it this year, but still I am still very happy with the weight loss results and I can’t say enough about how good these shakes taste. Also compared to the other product I am actually less gassy on Fit & Lean. These shakes help me with the late afternoon energy crash and help me feel generally healthier vs eating food. I believe peri has increased inflammation and using this shake actually reduces my inflammation.Update: I’ve lost 6 pounds now and feel great. I took a week off and went back on food and feel tired and heavy. I’m happy to be back on this shake. I love the chocolate flavor it curbs my cravings for sweets. The cookie one is too sweet for me. I am starting to crave more snacks again as the caffeine effects have wore down a bit. Otherwise this really keeps the hunger at bay.Update: Drinking two meal shakes a day to supplement 2 meals. I only eat a snack and dinner.I’ve lost about 4-5 pounds of fat in 3 weeks. Granted I’m not super over weight. I also workout daily with a walk and or run and two to three HIIT or weighted workouts a week. I prefer the chocolate flavor as it feels like I’m getting my chocolate intake. Still get “death farts” on this although that has reduced significantly. Funny thing I ran out of shake for 2 days and had to eat food and felt terrible, bloated, full and tired. I love drinking these shakes in lieu of eating food three times a day.So I’m taking this for some quick extra weight loss. I work out daily. I’m using this to supplement breakfast and lunch. I drink two shakes a day mixed with only water. I got the cookie flavor and chocolate and both taste good. A few chalky bits, but I just use a 16oz mason jar and shake it up with an ice cube or two. The texture may improve using a proper shaker. It definitely fills me up and I don’t snack before or in between with the exception of a cup or two of decaf or tea. My overall calorie intake is very low. I have two shakes a day, until a late afternoon light snack (under 300 cal) and a healthy dinner. I don’t have a scale, but I think I have lost a few pounds in 10 days of use. I plan on sticking with it for a while longer. It gives me a lot of energy, but I’m not a caffeine drinker so I am ultra sensitive to the green tea. I feel like I have more energy throughout the day. My mood is lighter and I generally feel good. I do start to fade just before dinner, but feel fine after dinner. I don’t even wake up starving. I’m overall happy with this product. The only down side is the death 💀 farts! Smelliest gas ever. My kids refuse to snuggle with me. LOL! Oh and if you use it twice a day you only get 5 days worth. I wish it was at least a weeks worth = 7 days. The container comes half empty which is weird.

value for money not good
It’s my fault for not checking coffee crumb flavor’s packaging. It’s 0.82 lb compared to cookies n’ cream 1 lb. Their scoops are different but I think coffee crumb’s scoop is just a bit wider. For the price of the coffee crumb, it’s kind of disappointing that it’s only 0.82 lb. However, it tastes amazing and it’s sweeter than cookies n cream, but they both taste good. I think I’ll stick with cookies and cream or if the other flavors also have a good deal, until the value for the money of the coffee crumb is better, in which I’ll give a better star rating, especially if all of the flavors get better price too.As for satiating hunger and losing weight, personally, I really like to eat and chew a lot. I get hungry again in about 2 hours so it’s really on me, but I like to believe it helps a lot as long as I have a little snack. I will update when I check my weight again next time. I have been eating a lot so I can’t get consistent results.Update 05/21/25:I lost 10 pounds but I’m not sure how long it took. Last I checked was on February. I think I started this on March, and just two weeks ago, I checked and saw I had progress!I still get really hungry and when I drink two scoops in one seating, I get a little bit of stomachache. So I separate the two scoops. I drink at 9 am and 10-11 am, and that helped satiate my hunger much better.I try to reduce what I eat as much as possible. I also cook for myself most of the time.My next criticism is that removing the seal of this thing is way too difficult. I have to stab it multiple times and put a lot of effort in ripping it out. And despite the tub not being filled almost to the brim, I have to find the scoop. The current one I have is all the way at the bottom so I’m just making use of my spoon since it can’t pick up the scoop.

Great taste, No Gluten
I am 45 and I am getting back into shape. I wanted to try a protein shake to help lose weight and was on the healthier side. This shake does it all!! I got the vanilla flavor because its more versatile for what I want to do. I like adding fruits and sometimes peanut butter. If I want chocolate, just add cocoa powder. The taste is really good. Not chalky, not too strong in vanilla flavor and this is gluten free which I like because I'm cutting down on my carb intake. I highly reccomended trying it out. Definitely curves hunger (for me it did) and it fills you up.
