The webbing broke the first time I used it

Not honest seller
I bought three Power Webs from this seller. Two of them is used and Only one of them is in new condition. The used ones lost elasticity and hav scatches on them. If I knew the products was used and in these bad condition, I would not buy these (since I buy these for gifts.)
