It works and looks amazing, the installation was straightforward, the price is fair, and the quality is excellent.

They are not the studies, so I wouldn't recommend them for heavy handed peops. Mine are fitted now, they work, instant hot water and they do look nice. Ideal for my new build, as I opted not to have gas fitted, and didn't want a large box under the sink other makes required

Item looks good and does have good reviews, however what is not clear (its mentioned in one of the reviews) - the actual tap part (the arm that turns) is just plastic which has been coated silver / chrome! Personally, I can see issues with this both in terms of use and cleaning, as it isn't going to be as hard wearing as a part made from metal.Items sent back for an immediate refund!

The media could not be loaded. I found it really odd that the power cable is visible, as it would be great if I could fit underneath the tap. There is quite a bit of spillage since the tap is very high, but after using the product for about a week, I no longer find it bothersome. It heats up quickly and is easy to use. It fits perfectly in my basin, and the option to turn the top sideways is a fantastic feature. My plumber was impressed; he initially suggested installing one of those large, unattractive water heaters on the wall above the basin. Not only did I save money, but I also got a much more stylish tap.P.S. The loud noise in the video comes from my macerator, not from the tap.

The media could not be loaded. I reduced the water pressure using a valve on the pipe as the water is too cold if the flow is too fast. I have one of these in my bathroom and another style one with the flexible hose in my kitchen. Both save me money by allowing me to decommission my emersion tank in my house that has no gas supply for boiler. Be aware the tap part is plastic while the barrel part is metal. My plumber and electrician installed it as I was having a whole new bathroom done.

Easy to install, energy efficient (consumes 3 times less energy than my power shower on full Hot mode) Would defo recommend it!

Tap work perfectly heats the water to an excitable temperature. Only problem I had was the top sprout did not come out far enough into the sink, so found it hard to clear sink of food, another inch would have made a big difference. I have order a different type tap today with a swivel end so hopefully that will work out well. But tap worked perfectly.

Great product but be aware the water can get very hot on a slow flow.
