I wish I had bought one of these much sooner! Overall, the Peak Design Sidelite Camera Strap has exceeded my expectations in every way. Its combination of comfort, versatility, security, durability, and style make it a must-have accessory, yes it is a little pricey (for a camera strap) but this is more than just a camera strap, in my opinion it is worth every penny, the ease to remove the strap, and also to use the camera whilst out and attached to the strap is brilliant, I love the cross body method, much more comfortable for me! I watched the video on how to attach and wear etc, once I had practiced a few times attaching and undoing it was so easy! The length is so easy to adjust, I can imagine it will fit both petite and big body sizes easily. It's a game changer, plain and simple!

The Slide Lite for me is the optimum size. The full size is almost as big as a seatbelt, perfectly good for a tripod, but a bit overkill for a full sized dslr even with a 70-200. The smaller strap, the Leash, isn’t as quick to change lengths. I’ve ended up adapting a Domke strap for one body, that doesn’t need to change in length and use the Slider Lite for the heavier camera/lens combination so I can choose to carry it with the strap over my head to spread the weight better. A clever system all round.

I've tried many different makes of strap over the years, and these are easily the best I've ever used. Long enough to use cross body, and smooth enough to slide easily when bringing the camera up, quick to adjust and quick to remove and reattach. In fact easy removal and replacement is the best feature – straps get in the way when you're not using them, and with a "normal" strap you just have to get used to that. I've got a couple of these in different colours. I also have the original, bigger, stronger Slide which is meant for heavier rigs, but although my usual walk-around camera weighs 2.1kg (4lb10oz) this Slide Lite is more than up to the job.

Fantastic strap and system, love it!

Very nice product, ended up returning it as I did not like the looks of it in the end, but just a personal decision. The product is excellent.
